This course builds the human performance habits — self-checking, peer-checking, effective handoffs — that help operators and technicians catch deviations early, before they become process safety events.
Courses are designed to help prevent, anticipate and detect Human Performance errors during the performance of work in the high-risk sector.
Program features can be utilized during:
- Initial Training for New Hires,
- Continuing Training for Experienced Hires, and
- Remedial Training for when there is a failure of the Initial or Continuing Training, or after an error event has been determined to have had Human Performance contributing factors.
